Do I need writing skills?
No. You answer simple, conversational questions in your own words — typed or spoken. Our editors polish the grammar and flow while keeping your voice exactly as it is.
How many questions do I need to answer?
There are 50 questions, shaped by the chapters you pick. Answer as many as you like, at your own pace — the book is built from whatever you share.
How often can I answer questions?
Whenever you want. Most members answer three or four a week, but you can go faster to receive your book sooner, or take longer.
What will my book look like?
A hardback with your name on a cover colour you choose, a title and subtitle, and up to 500 pages with up to 100 of your photos placed beside the stories they belong to.
What happens when my book is finished?
Once your book is sent to print your membership stops automatically. If you need more time, it continues at £68 every 3 months until you are done, and you can cancel at any point.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You can cancel and ask for a full refund at any time in the first 30 days. Email support@getlifepages.com and we will sort it out.
Can I buy additional copies?
Yes. Extra printed copies for family and friends can be ordered once your book is complete.
Can I give LifePages as a gift?
Yes. Buy a membership and pass on the details to the person whose story it is — many of our books are written by a parent or grandparent at the family’s request.
Who owns the copyright?
